Check the furniture inventory for your exact room

“Furnished” is a starting label. Ask for the inventory for your assigned room before ordering bedding or booking a moving truck.

Compare furniture policies

Get the room inventory

  • Bedroom: mattress size, bed frame, desk, chair, drawers and closet storage. Ask whether a shared bedroom uses a different bed size.
  • Living room: seating, tables and television. Confirm whether the photographed items belong to the model or come with your apartment.
  • Kitchen: appliances, cookware, dishes and small appliances. A refrigerator does not imply a stocked kitchen.
  • Laundry: an installed washer and dryer, hookups only, or shared paid machines.

Save the written list with the floor plan. Ask about damaged furniture, replacement charges and whether you may remove supplied pieces.

Any furniture package charge and replacement liabilityPurchase or rental cost for the pieces you need
Storage or return requirements for supplied furnitureDelivery, assembly and moving costs
Move-out cleaning and damage rulesStorage between terms, resale or disposal costs

Use your own priced shopping list for the stay you expect. An apartment with a higher monthly payment may avoid setup costs; an existing furniture collection may make an unfurnished room easier. Neither outcome follows from the label alone.

Read the dated furniture policies

These examples come from published property policies collected on the dates shown. They illustrate differences to check; confirm the policy for your exact room and term. They are not a ranking or a list of available rooms.
