Coverage is selective. A source-backed record is not a claim of complete legal or beneficial ownership. Franchise systems, local franchisees, minority investors and controlling sponsors remain separate.
CSV exports use stable IDs and pipe-separated lists. Cells beginning with spreadsheet formula characters are escaped. The complete dataset includes confidence states, exclusions, original discovery memos and assertion history; discovery memos are not public evidence.
Credit the research product and retain its public source references and observation dates when sharing derived work. Source documents remain subject to their publishers’ terms.
